Siletto — hero

Siletto

Vertical or horizontal—that is not the question.

Materials: wood, stainless steel, brass
Dimensions: 245×54×82mm
Weight: 0.5KG
Designed in 2026

Stiletto reinterprets the cigar rest into a balanced, scale-like structure. On one side, a trumpet-shaped intake secures a wide range of ring gauges vertically—an orientation designed to keep the ash stable. On the other, two independent brass sliders glide along the polished stainless steel arm, adjusting effortlessly to match the cigar's length. The elevated, extended frame leaves open clearance underneath, allowing any separate dish to be placed below to catch ash.

At the center, a sandblasted pillar connects the arm via brass hardware finished flush like flat-head rivets. Supporting the structure is an African Blackwood base that intentionally retains its raw machining marks. Left unlacquered, the wood is allowed to age naturally, developing a unique patina through handling over time.
